Your assigned driver will reach out to you via call or text either the day before or the day of your trip to introduce themselves, confirm any ride customizations, and answer any questions. When your driver arrives, they will notify you and offer assistance to the vehicle. Your trip will follow your scheduled customizations, and you may make a brief stop.
